Pray for...
Alma is a friendly, curious, honest and polite 6-year-old girl. Alma loves princes and castle toys and dressing up like a princess. Cristian, a delightful, reserved and handsome 7-year-old boy, enjoys spending his free time playing with Legos or watching his favorite sports. Angel is the youngest brother with a playful and affectionate personality. This 4-year-old handsome little boy always looks up to his brother and sister. All they desire is a forever family in which they can grow up together.
Terry has a calm and at-ease manner that makes him endearing to all who meet him. His quiet strength and mature demeanor makes him appear older than his 14 years of age. But tell him a good joke or a funny story, and you can still see the little boy who just wants to have some fun. Terry is looking for a family who loves sports, especially basketball and football. Terry is willing to show you his skilled jump shots and his strong right arm—are you willing to show him the strong love of a family?.
Joaquin is a bright and sensitive teen. Science and English are currently his favorite subjects in high school. Joaquin’s plans for the future include attending college so he can study psychology or social work as he feels his experience as a foster child will make him more sensitive to the needs of other kids. Joaquin’s wish is to be adopted so he can have true permanency with a family who can provide stability. Most importantly, Joaquin wants a family who will stand up for him since he says he has always had to stand up for himself.
Tatiana is a young lady who has many goals and aspirations. Tatiana enjoys keeping active, and she likes to run. A goal she would like to accomplish in the near future is to compete in a marathon. Tatiana is a typical teenage girl when it comes to shopping, hanging out with her friends, and going to see movies. She also enjoys listening to music, especially Spanish rock. She is bilingual. Tatiana has high hopes for her future, and she looks forward to having a driver's license, graduating from high school, and attending college.
Allyah is a sweet, energetic, outgoing girl with dancing brown eyes and a confident smile. She loves recreational activities. Allyah loves to be active rather outside or inside. She loves to be on the go. Allyah is learning to allow her self to have moments of calmness through quiet times. She utilizes self contained classes to help her focus at school. Allyah needs dedicated advocates to assist her in her academics.
Thi Luon is a Seven year old girl who was abandoned shortly after birth. She was born with malformation of the left hand, cleft lip and palate, and some facial deformities. She is also on a waiting list for a heart surgery. As of July 2006, her current weight was 35lbs and height was 105cm. She is living in a well run children's home in Vietnam. She interacts well with other children and is described as a happy girl.
Jose is a good-natured child who is gentle and patient. He enjoys basketball, skating and riding his bike. Jose participates in speech therapy to assist him with overcoming his delays and receives special assistance in school for his schoolwork. He has made great strides in overcoming his chaotic life prior to foster care. Jose is reserved when he first meets people. Once he gets to know you he will cherish you as a friend. Jose is a friendly child who respects and value relationships. Jose states that he wants to be adopted and to have his own new Mom and Dad.
