Join us this summer on our Show Hope Short-Term Trip to China! James 1:27 states that to be people of pure and faultless religion, we are to visit and care for orphans. Interested in traveling to China? Join Show Hope as we spend two weeks volunteering and building relationships with the forgotten and abandoned children of China. We will spend the majority of our time at the Show Hope project, Maria’s Big House of Hope, a six-story care facility specifically for special needs orphans located in Luoyang, China. Activities will include work projects on the grounds of Maria’s Big House of Hope, as well as spending time interacting with the babies. We hope to spend one day of our trip investing in the lives of older orphans at the local, state-run orphanage. In addition, we will visit various tourist sites in Beijing, go shopping and enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine.

Apply now as the trip will fill up quickly! Applications must be submitted and received by Show Hope by March 1st. A $300 non-refundable deposit is also required for your application to be processed. Checks should be made payable to Show Hope.

** The price is all-inclusive: all meals, lodging, in-country transportation, insurance, interpreters, bottled water, sightseeing, etc. The total trip cost does not include passport fees (if applicable), immunizations, excess baggage charges, souvenirs, personal items, communication (internet/telephone) and snacks. Also, it is important to note that the cost of airfare to/from the team member’s hometown to the gateway city is the responsibility of the team member.**
